We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This policy is in place to protect against fraudulent claims and ensure fairness for all genuine customers.
We encourage you to shop confidently, knowing we are always here to resolve genuine concerns responsibly.


✅ Return Policy

Returns are only accepted if the product received is broken, damaged, or defective.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • A clear uncut video recording of the parcel from the moment of opening is mandatory as proof.

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Returns requested after 3 days of delivery or without video proof will not be accepted.


🚚 Return Shipping Charges

If your return request is approved:

  • The customer must bear the shipping costs for both pickup and return delivery.

  • The return shipping fee must be paid in advance before the process is initiated.

We do not offer reverse pickup services at the moment, so you may be required to ship the product back to our warehouse using a reliable courier.




Refund Timeline :

- For Physical Product Refunded amount will be applicable to 

10Days - 15 Days


- For Digital Product Refunded amount is not applicable.
